First apply for and obtain the admission notice from the new school, then accept the admission notice from the new university, pay the tuition, obtain the COE, and finally decide whether you need to apply for a new visa to attend the new school based on the situation.

Application conditions

1. Apply for and obtain the admission notice from the new school. If it is a conditional admission, the only condition that needs to be met is to get a release letter from your current school.
2. Apply for a release letter from the current university (generally speaking, if you transfer to another school after studying the major for 6 months, you will not need to apply for a release letter; if it is less than 6 months, you will need it).
3. Accept the admission notice from the new university, pay the tuition fee, and obtain the COE.
4. Decide whether you need to apply for a new visa based on the situation (see below for details)
5.Enroll in a new school
I would like to remind all international students in Australia who want to transfer to another school that if necessary, they can apply to the new school for exemption of classes based on the similarity of the courses. Generally speaking, class exemptions need to be obtained before accepting the admission letter from the new school. But if it is close to the start of school, you can also apply for exemption after enrolling: If you have prepaid tuition fees in the original school, you need to apply to the original school for a tuition refund in time after getting full admission to the new school (generally speaking, after the start of school) Full refunds are available for the first four weeks, please refer to the original school’s refund policy for details).
