188B investor temporary residence visa (lnvestor Stream), also known as 188B investment immigration visa, is one of the three major categories of Australian business immigration 188 visa. The 188B visa is a five-year temporary residence visa established for professionals who specialize in various investment activities such as stocks, futures, funds, and foreign exchange. This visa does not require the applicant to have a business, but it requires the applicant to have A certain amount of investment experience and a certain amount of income has been obtained from it. 188B visa general requirements

188B visa application conditions

● If the main applicant is under 55 years old or is exempted from age by the state government, the accompanying children must not exceed 23 years old when the visa is approved.
● The EOI score of the business selection system is no less than 65 points
● At least 3 years of successful direct investment or management experience in one or more businesses
● In the two financial years before being invited, the applicant (or together with the spouse) has a total family net worth of no less than 2.5 million Australian dollars.
● Invested AUD 2.5 million in Australia for a period of 3 years before the visa application was approved (the investment amount is AUD 1.5 million before July 1, 2021, and the investment period is 4 years).
● Applicants and their spouses must meet the following investment requirements:
Hold at least 10% of the shares in a qualifying business in at least one of the five financial years before being invited
